Dear Customer, 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you received, please complete the Return Request form below not later than 14 days after you receive the product.

 Be sure to add photos of:

(1)     the box ID number (8 digit code, located in upper-right corner of the box),

(2)     the damaged packing, if applicable,

(3)     all broken and/or defective sheets, if any. This will help us evaluate the defect, so we can fully understand the situation and provide you with a quick response.
